The service

Flyborne provides pilot performance records for FPV drone pilots: public profiles, simulator telemetry, academy-verified training logs and related tools. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts & keys

One account per person, one simulator activation key per account. Keys are personal and non-transferable once linked. You are responsible for the security of your credentials. Handles must not impersonate others or infringe trademarks.

Your content

You own what you upload (photos, videos, profile content) and grant Flyborne a licence to host and display it as part of the service. Don't upload content you don't have rights to, or content that is unlawful, hateful or deceptive. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Records & verification

Simulator telemetry is recorded automatically and cannot be edited by pilots. Entries marked as verified are attested by named instructors at partner academies or by Flyborne staff checks; self-reported entries are labelled as such. Falsifying records, manipulating telemetry or misrepresenting verification status is grounds for account termination. Verification reflects our checks at a point in time and is not a legal certification or guarantee of competence.

Academies

Partner academies are independent businesses. Flyborne provides the record-keeping tools; training itself, its safety and its quality are the academy's responsibility.

Acceptable use

No scraping at scale, no attempts to access other users' private data, no abuse of the platform's APIs, no automation that fabricates flight data.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Flyborne is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions third parties make based on pilot records. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination & changes

You can delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms and will note the date above; continued use after changes means acceptance. Governed by the laws of Romania.
